You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future charges immediately; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Monthly plans are non-refundable once the current period has begun. Annual plans are eligible for a pro-rata refund within 14 days of the first payment if requested via email to billing@digitalmemoriesplatform.com.
Regardless of cancellation, you may export all your data (leads, bookings, invoices, galleries) at any time.
